Also, when running 'src/nano --ignore', and then typing: <Enter> <Up> M-T, the trailing empty line isn't cut.

To reproduce, run:

src/nano --ignore --nonewlines  +-2,22  README


Then type M-T several times.  From the second M-T onward, nano should have said: "Nothing was cut".  Now type M-U.  Nothing happens -- because nano made several empty undo items.

Expected behavior: no empty undo items should be created.
