If option --no-cache is given, wget sends a request header "Cache-Control: no-cache, must-revalidate". According to RFC 7234 section must-revalidate is a response Cache-Control directive and not defined in a request Cache-Control header.



(Note: upload size limit is set to 16384 kB, after insertion of the required escape characters.)
