PyWebDAV3-GNUHealth has been ported for Python 3.6 . However, there are several GNU/Linux distributions that still use Python 3.4.

I just released PyWebDAV3-GNUHealth 0.10.2 on Pypi (see https://pypi.python.org/pypi/PyWebDAV3-GNUHealth), which should fix the issue, and should run on both Python 3.6 and 3.4
