To reproduce, run 'src/nano +2,32 README', and type:
M-A  <End>  M-R  enha  <Enter>  xx  <Enter>

If you now type N, nothing happens.  Only when you type N again, does the replacement session stop.  If instead of the first N you type Y instead, the replacement is made and the session ends immediately, as it should.

Problem exists since nano-2.4.1.

Expected behavior: just one N should be enough.

(This reminds me of the spell checker asking twice to replace the same instance of a misspelled word.  Wasn't the fix for that a general fix?)
