Unsure about the adjustable threshold thing... seems like that really belongs more in script than in teseq. Marking as "fixed" for the portion I chose to fix, though.

I think maybe reseq isn't counting the time it takes to write things, as delay times. It should count starting from the moment it begins writing things out, and then only delay for whatever amount of time is left.

Teseq should have an adjustable threshold for how small a delay it's willing to emit a delay line for (say, 50ms?), and should adjust its number of significant digits accordingly. Definitely don't emit 0.000000, as I'm sometimes seeing.
