In case an omindex filter using java is used ...
On Debian, java is /usr/bin/java. On other systems the JAVA_HOME envar has the java directory and it is added to PATH by a shell initialisation fragment such as /etc/profile.d/jre.sh. This allows the user to select from multiple versions of java.
On these other systems, docoll indexing has no facility to add a java executables directory to PATH so omindex filters using java cannot be used.
Enhancement: add an option to set JAVA_HOME in omindex.sh.cfg and, when this is set, prepend it to PATH.
