I tried to download file by using wget -r -nc http://www.example.com/user and it was OK, my local folder looked like:
http://www.example.com/user/files/file1.txt

Then I changed it on the server - I removed some text from it and the file was overwritten locally - that was fine.

Then I added some text to it and I used the same command and the file was preserved locally - I need it to be overwritten as well - can you please add this option?

Also if file size is unchanged I need to keep it the same.

Also please note my server does not support timestamps but I'm fine with this behaviour even without timestamps.
