this change is too invasive for now. I think it is better to postpone it after the release.

attached a patch from Thorsten Glaser <tg@mirbsd.de> to disable SSLv2 in wget which we are using in Debian because openssl 1.0.0 will disable it.

Maybe you want to add it to the coming release.
