Hi.

When you cancel a site mirroring operation on wget and again resume it using -c option, wget will check if all files have been downloaded or not -- this takes a lot of time for large mirroring operation, thus I suggest when using the -c option wget should resume from a list which contains info on where it left off before the download got canceled without checking if all files have been downloaded or not.
