The symbol CONFIG_UNICODE_SAFETY has now been completely removed from the code.

Compiling against a libunistring installed to a nonstandard location, I get:

/opt/yobuild/include/unistr.h:198:7: error: "CONFIG_UNICODE_SAFETY" is not defined

The #define should probably be renamed to something prefixed with UNISTRING_, and should probably be checked with #ifdef (or #if defined && ...).
