Sorry for the three comments in a row, but it seems that the previous link doesn't work.
You can find the new archive here: https://github.com/marcoscarpetta/scopa/releases/download/savannah/scopa.tar.gz

I'm sorry, but I wasn't able to upload the new archive http://savannah.gnu.org/submissions_uploads/scopa.tar.gz using the form in this page, so I uploaded it here: https://savannah.gnu.org/register/upload.php

You can find it at this link: http://savannah.gnu.org/submissions_uploads/scopa.tar.gz

Hello,

I added copyright and license information to the index.html and style.css files and deleted some images of uncertain source.
I added information about the license of each file in the LICENSING section of the README file, but I don't know if they are well written. If they are not correct, could you suggest me a way to write them?

Regards,
Marco Scarpetta

Hello,

Thank you for submitting a new project to host on Savannah,
and especially for putting clear license in the source code files with the "javascript exception" clause.

To comply with savannah's hosting requirements all files must have a clear license and copyright notices.
http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HowToGetYourProjectApprovedQuickly/  )

There are several PNG images in the ./data/ directory for which the license and copyright are not stated.
Please add information in your README.md file about the source of these files and their license
(their license must be free and GPL-compatible).
Please also add license & copyright information to the index.html and style.css files.

When the files amended, please upload a new archive (see "Attach Files" at the bottom of this page: https://savannah.gnu.org/task/index.php?13959 ),
and project evaluation could proceed.

regards,
 - assaf

  • Type: non-GNU software and documentation
  • License: GNU General Public License v3 or later

Description:

This software aims to provide an implementation of the famous Italian card game "Scopa" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scopa). It is written in Javascript and can work in any modern browser. It provides 5 variations of the original game and 9 types of cards.

Other Software Required:

A web browser. I tested the game with GNU IceCat and it works well.
The Javascript code does not require any external library.

Other Comments:

The project is actually hosted on github.com, but I want to move it to Savannah.
