sr #109415: "bad diff binary" test is broken if -DDIFF_PROGRAM specifies full path

The test depends on a fact that diff(1) program can not be found if $PATH does not point to it. However if you specify DIFF_PROGRAM as a full path, the test is broken as diff(1) is found no matter how you play with $PATH.
