sr #109168: case byte unfilled for directory entries . and ..

It seems that when creating the dot and dotdot files (. and ..) in a new directory, the case byte (offset 0x0C) are not set to any specific value. This causes problems with dosfsck, which does not recognize these entries as special and signal a wrong short name.
