Just an idea:

In your system it's possible to assign "job types" to your skills and also to created jobs. What about an automatic search which will be launched immediatly after the job title has been added and looks for matching jobs?

Or/And a cronjob did the same thing nightly/weekly and send found jobs out as a diggest?

I guess this will bring "job provider" and the "job searcher" more close to each other. And it will also be a faster way of finding jobs.
