This patch "fixes" AX_BOOST_BASE on x32 systems in the "ordinary" case.
However, based on a read of the code, it looks wrong and will probably break on any system with a x86_64 kernel, x86_64 cross-compiled boost, but a non-x86_64 OS (eg, x86_32 or x32) because it is based on `uname -m` instead of the results of AC_CANONICAL_HOST. But I could not test this due to inability to get a cross-compiled boost installed.
