This sort of thing has happened before, and unfortunately the creators of these anti-virus program vendors don't have a practical mechanism for alerting them to false positives.

This file is actually obsolete anyway, I've uploaded the current build to
http://www.denemo.org/~rshann/denemo-mingw-2.4.x.zip

The overnight build could omit it too by modifying

buildSnapshot.sh

to include the line

rm -rf denemo/bin/generate_source.exe

In the ".zip" archive of the newest version of Denemo for Windows, some antivirus programs report that the file "generate_source.exe" contains a "Win32:Trojan-Gen".
