Proposed patch is attached.  It will make the 'nopauses' option obsolete.

I'm not in the habit of opening multiple files at once with nano, but when I do, and it are system files, it's fine that nano warns that these files are unwritable, but... it shouldn't do it for each file (well, the first three) and pause between each warning, and then in the end show that "Further warnings were suppressed".

1) The pauses are annoying.  Of course, there is the "set nopauses" option, but... nano's default behavior should be unannoying.  2) When I'm momentarily distracted, and only look at the screen again when "Further warnings were suppressed" is being shown, I have no idea what the warnings were about.

So, nano should either keep showing the first error message and somehow indicate that there are more unshown ones, or it should keep showing the last error message and indicate that there were more before.
