Corresponding source code
When the document font is set to Linux Libertine but with a different bbold font (adjusted through Document → Fonts... → Advanced... → Blackboard bold → ... or via <assign|font|bbb=...>), the big operators appear unexpectedly much smaller.
Please refer to the attached files for a comparison, where the bbold font is set to TeX Gyre Pagella, for example. However, other available options exhibit the same issue.
