bug #64524: Object size gets changed during a rotation animation

To reproduce:
1. Draw image
2. Draw a square
3. Select the graphics and insert animation for 2 seconds.
4. At the last frame, rotation the square 45 degrees counterclockwise.
5. Play the animation, and the square gets shinked and enlarged during the animation.

I draw a reference circle passing the 4 corners of the square, and I find the corner of the square does not follow the circle, which means its size changed during the animation. See the attached file for the demonstration.
