e.g. class COMMAND_LINE_ARGUMENTS in the cli cluster:

"helper" is of type PROCEDURE[TUPLE[COMMAND_LINE_ARGUMENTS]], but instead of to TUPLE link is generated to a non-existent class "TUPLE 1".
