The export of the "norm" (double bar) delimiters is messed up when exporting norm symbols that have been resized (made larger).

Partially fixed in revision 13917.
I fixed the "gibberish" bug.
As to the other "bug", bear in mind that TeXmacs offers more
control over the sizes of brackets than LaTeX, so some of
this functionality is hard to export. At least,
the mathematical semantics is not lost when using a wrong size,
so it is a low priority for me to do better.
If you have any better idea or a patch, then please let me know.
