bug #61466: Colons in filenames cause several problems

Colons and semicolons are forbidden in TeXmacs file names
(except for the customary : behind drive names under Windows).

I will leave (1) to someone who is more expert with Windows.

I will not fix point (2).

I do not know how you managed to trigger (3).
In the file dialogue under MacOS, it is actually impossible to enter any colons as part of the file name (they are automatically replaced by hyphens).  I replaced : and ; by - in string file names when saving or exporting documents, for sanity.
This should fix point (3) for now.

There are several problems with filenames that have a colon (:) in the filename.

1) On Windows, the colon after the drive letter breaks the Format->Page->Background Picture function. The colon is filtered out of the filename in the resulting page-this-bg-color tag. Manually re-inserting the colon fixes this.

2) On Linux, where colons are allowed in file names, inserting or linking an image with a colon in the file name is broken. Also including a texmacs file with a colon in the name into another document is broken.

3) On Linux, saving a document to a filename with a colon causes TeXmacs to hang.

I can create several reports for these issues, if desirable.
