A bit annoying, but I postpone it for the moment,
since there is the trivial temporary fix to put everything
in the same directory.

I have a main document with a table of contents in a folder and I include files (with chapters) from a subfolder.
From the chapter files I attach the master file.
Then if I click on the page of one of the chapters in the table of contents, two buffer open, both with the name of the chaper file. The first one is the actual file, but immediately after a second one -blank- is also opened.

Attached are two files for a MWE. You should put the second one in a subfolder "chapters"
