When exporting a file to HTML, macro definitions only work in the preamble, not in style files.
Vice versa, assigning to `html-extra-css` only works in a style file, not in the preamble.
During conversion to LaTeX, `<specific>` doesn't work in style files but it does work in the preamble, see:
