When "Use high resolution icons" is selected on my build on Linux with Qt5 the toolbar height is not sufficiently high for the icons it contains.

Your patch is not the final solution. My solution in the Mogan Editor is to render the ICON using SVG directly. And some of the SVG icon is font dependent. For those icons, in Mogan Editor, I'm still using the png image. Using fontforge, it would not be a hard problem to convert a font glyph to svg. As a result, using SVG icon on tools is the final solution.
