It only makes sense to do --group-by: --bin and --shard are used when the values are mixed.

--group-by was introduced in 20190522.

--group-by works in 2020-01-22.

It ought to be possible to do --bin/--shard--group-by with --pipe-part.

  min=line 1
  max=last line
  If h(min) == h(max): Increase block size.
  middle=(min+max)/2
  If -n:
    1=1

    l=l-1
  else:
