I use arch linux.  After a recent system upgrade, I noticed that the from command was running much slower than previous.  For instance, when I run the command "date; from | tail; date", there're 40 seconds between the two dates.  When I tried that command with a previous version of mailutils (3.10), there were only 5 seconds between the two dates.  (My mailbox folder is very large, 10's of thousands of messages.)
