When copying a pasting (some text that contains) a comment, this creates a second comment which has the same internal reference as the first one. As a result, both comments will change whenever one of them is edited, i.e., they are clones.
I am not sure if it is a feature of a bug, but I was expecting the comments to be duplicated rather than cloned, i.e., the second comment can be edited independently of the original one.
