Can't reproduce on 0.8.10. The original link is dead, but I tried another video and it worked.

It seems NetStream.time is NOT used by the youtube player, no idea how they set that handle position...

Wait for the video to finish. When that happens the lower-left widget (pause/play) shows you the "play" (>) symbol.
You press the play widget and the video actually restarts, BUT the seek handle doesn't get back to the start, just sticks there.
Not a big deal, but seems worth going after to me.
I tested with gstreamer media handler
