GNUnited Nations 0.1 released

After about 1.5 years of development and many disappointments, GNUN 0.1 has been released as a GNU package -- see the announcement at http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/info-gnu/2008-12/msg00003.html.

Although not mandatory, GNU Web translators might want to install the package for "make report", info-browsable documentation, local builds and XHTML validation.

Further releases will be announced at <trans-coord-news@gnu.org> only, at least for the time being.
