Thanks for your report!  The binutils on your system did not recognize the object format output by gcc.  This issue is now moot, as gcl's latest release defaults to a custom object relocator which should be well supported on your system.  The latest gcl release is 2.6.10.

Hi,

On a gentoo Linux x86_64 system, building gcl fails.  When linking raw_gcl, there are a lot of undefined references to 'init_gcl_*'.  A script is attached.

Any ideas?
