The terrain has been defined. Still missing:
- tests!!! (we should do some visualization)
- terrain borders
- terrain (random) generators
- intelligent sparse map algorithms (efficient ones ...)

Nevertheless, the maps are quite usable right now ...

Definition of PSIworld 2D terrains.
- rectangular array of object pointer lists (that is tile-based)
- tile definition: height, water height and tile type
- terrain borders
- terrain generators
- terrain visualization hints (esp. OpenGL/render engine)
- dynamic changes -> client updates
