A way to remove info from a group calendar when a user needs to be in that group but maintain a lot of private info. This will reduce clutter in the group calendar. |

The simplest way for a user to make their appointments hidden is by selecting the private checkbox when creating or editing the appointment (I think this can be set to the default in the user's preferences).
A private appointment is only seen as busy time by people who have access to that person's calendar.
