One main issue (and a couple small ones that are
general not just TTS)
BEFORE I SAY/COMPLAIN AT ALL: Good software, I love it,
it's really helping me out at work BIG TIME. A big
Thank You to all developers!
The "Status/Date closed" column that shows up when you
choose the "view all" option only says "Status/Date
closed" when viewed.
I really would love to see that working, with a date
and time marked when closed. Possably a "closed by"
also, however for the sake of having too many columns,
the "assigned to" should probably be updated to who
ever closed the ticket automatically (IMHO).
It would also be helpful to see an option to view only
the closed tickets.
That's my main complaint.
Now, just to throw out some other ideas:
TTS related:
1) Preferances allowing a user to choose the columns to
be displayed would be really kick ass.
General:
2) Upgrades via some sort of automated patch script
would be really kickass... As of now (with all PHP
projects, not just this) there is no way to tar -zxvf
out the tarball into your directory without overwriting
your config files easily. If someone can manage this,
it will really help (this project, as well as php-nuke,
TWIG, and may other php based things). Just a thought,
and if there IS a way, please let me know how!
3) Someone needs to update the project home pages to
point to savannah rather than sourceforge SOON, most of
the bugs are still being reported there....
PS: HEL Inc. (http://www.hel-inc.com) is now using
phpGroupWare in the US for all outstanding issues, if
you want to use us as a referance. We only use the TTS
part at this point, when I figure out how to debug
email, I'll be ditching TWIG for this also.
And if there is a way to use an AmEx card to contribute
to indiviual coders who fix bug requests (via PayPal or
something?) we would be willing to do so (talking
$20-$80 a bug fix, not going to make you a millionare,
but better than nothing, right?)
