See the attached `0004_add-plugin-getvariable-tests.patch`.

This patch adds an integrated version of `extgetvariable-auto` test provided
in bug #42395. The test runner works mostly like the previously-added
`extcommtests-runner` (it is an emulated container test), but test SWFs
are built using libming's MakeSWF, and this test does not wait for Gnash
to terminate (it checks that ActionScript code is run, query for all answers,
and kill Gnash itself).

The test is performed under SWF version 5 to 8, current Gnash gets all PASSED
output, except two checks under SWF5 (XFAIL).

Note: This test also provide a check for bug #45840 (unassigned timeline var
declaration issue) in SWF5 runtime case.

Gnash: 0.8.11dev (patched against git c11ec51 18-Dec-2015)
System: Debian GNU/Linux 7.0 Wheezy i386
