patch #8604: Feature to select by options exactly what is whitespace

 Feature has been added to specify what is a whitespace. The 'u' option has been added and after the u option we can specify what is to be used as space.
e.g. diff -u : a.txt b.txt
In this case the ':' character will be used as whitespace.
 In the earlier code, the isspace function was used to determine if the current character is a whitespace.Now a new function is_space has been written.This function matches the current character with the character to be used as whitespace and returns one if they match and zero if they do not match.
 A new variable user_space has been defined to store what is to be used as whitespace.
