I'm not sure if this is a "new feature" or note, so I put the patch here.
If people using LDAP could test it, it would be nice.
Be carefull, The default value for quota is 0 when not set. So you need to change the quota for each people when you want a new value.

This is a great patch, but due to the schema change it can't go into stable. Please apply to HEAD and keep it open so we can direct other people experiencing problems to this patch.
