Problems :

• correct_attributes was not working (this is the same for SQL version), it was not giving the right path.
• mkdir was not giving the right owner_id to the directory so we have no way to know who created/owned it, so acl_checks where failing
• write was not giving the right owner_id to the file if you were using it without filemanager.
• acl_check was not working due to a misuse of the ls returned array. to be clear, it was returning false in evry case, when checking for a file/directory and not an owner_id. Indirectly this was leading to problems with the file_type function.
