patch #10018: Change 9 to rotate, 0 to reset scale, other small fixes

Sun 31 Jan 2021 11:53:30 PM UTC, original submission:   Patches against the current git source: Change the digit '9' function to rotate 90 degrees clockwise. Change the digit '0' function to scale to 100%. Change the cursor location format from '%d x %d' to '%d, %d'. Restore left button to zoom, and middle and right buttons to drag. Remove a tab in the 'Natural sizes' resource string. Fix a possible bad access closing pipes. Fix 'broken pipe' typo.
