For translating gnu.org pages in a language, a translation leader is expected to work with the existent team or build a new one. When the team doesn't exist or it's been inactive for several years and the attempts to revive it fail, then (s)he would have to build a new team. [...]

After a 2-year absence, the Romanian translation team is active again under the new leadership of Tiberiu C. Turbureanu, founder of Ceata - the Romanian Free Software Activist organization.
