Radius 1.3 is released

Radius 1.3 is available from ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/radius and its mirrors. This version contains lots of improvements and new features. See http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/info-gnu-radius/2004-11/msg00000.html for the detailed description.

Sir Gray... Can you please help me? Im having this problem with radius.php. Here's the error I got in my browser >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Warning: dl(): Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/php/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20020429/mod_radius.so' - /usr/local/php/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20020429/mod_radius.so: cannot open shared object file: Permission denied in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/radius.php on line 289
Cannot load mod_radius.so

This is what I got in my system. PHP Version 4.4.2, Apache 2.2.2, Radius 1.3, Mysql 5.0.22, Trustix Linux 2.2

I tested the radius daemon. and it looks that its running fine based on the README instructions.

I am able to install the mysql database in the db folder.
