Great!

I think is a good idea to keep both name and code, since depending on the lab analyzer or laboratory will deliver one or the other.

As a side note, the original script validated the existance of the labtest itself. The program would about if the lab test did not exist. I think we should keep this sort of pre-validation, but we can discuss it in other thread :)

Bests

It works for me like this (analyte_name only). Changed it to having both analyte_name & analyte_code works as well. But having only analyte_code still doesn't work for me.
Not urgent but maybe we should have demo database content and script in a way that all lines of the script work directly on analyte_code if that's the preferred way now?
Or does it work for others already if using analyte_code and demo database?
Besides we have to update the docs here to include the new script:
https://docs.gnuhealth.org/hmis/userguide/laboratory.html#sample-interface

If older interface works well, I think your HMIS have TEST006,
I have add older interface's data 'TEST006' to data's example, please try again:

Becaule new demo database have no lab test result: TEST001
or it has TEST001, but TEST001 have no analyte: Hemoglobin ...

## Import finished!

Running it on a local fresh demo database.

It's easier to keep track if you answer inside Savannah instead of replying to the email.

It seems like there are some issues when importing analytes from the new unified interface (gnuhealth-data-import.py)

The older interface seem not to be affected.

Feng, can you please take a look at it?

Thank you!
Luis
