It's strange though when the "x" to close the pop up window appears...
I don't see it on Ubuntu Gnome, openSUSE Leap KDE or FreeBSD KDE but I see it on Debian KDE.

Same error for adding Orthanc server and probably more wizards.

Similar to the previous problem: I'm not asking for hints how to use it properly. My point is rather that users should not be able to run into those errors. Actions leading to ApplicationErrors and similar should either be impossible or should e.g. get a small pop up window with a message we put ourselves explaining what should be done else.

I'm using KDE.

If you open a new lab order / request and close the pop up window, you get some nasty Application Error saying Key Error -4.
Pressing the Cancel button closes the window without any error.
Thus I guess the close window button should somehow get the same functionality as the cancel button in this context?!
