bug #15673: Editing a group manager fails with Group Name Missing Error.

Changing any user settings in the Standard PHPGWAPI Users control panel and saving (like quota, password, group membership etc.) also drops the users permissions to fudforum (appears to ban the user as well).

When editing a group in the group manager (via the Admin Control Panel) and after hitting submit users are greeted with an error similar to: <br><br>

Group name is missing and cannot be blank
<br><br>
Even though the page displays the group name before hitting submit (it is not editable). This may also corrupt the administrator user permissions as well causing a couple of issues. (_uid is no longer set properly during sessions so user is denied access to some things and posts are corrupted)<br>

I have included a fix for the fudforum/adm/admgroups.php file attached.<br><br>

And to fix the permission errors I had to change my users databse entry in phpgw_fud_users -> users_opt field back to 5405686 (the default my user was assigned when fudforum was installed.)

I also deleted the posts I made that were corrupt instead of trying to repair.
