I think the column app_id in table phpgw_applications should not be auto-incremented. app_id is insterted with a value in /phpgwapi/setup/tables_update.inc.php(363) |

Better yet keep the auto-incremented type for app_id and remove the insertion for app_id in /phpgwapi/setup/tables_update.inc.php, /phpgwapi/inc/class.setup.inc.php and
/admin/inc/class.soapplications.inc.php
