Corresponding source code
The current HTTP classes that handle the HTTP payload, HttpDataHandler and HttpDataRead, write the payload to a temporary buffer before send it to the socket stream.
There shouldn't be any intermediate step and the chunk must be send immediately.
Two additionals parameters can be added to the HttpDataRead::readChunkedPostData method: a pointer of offsets, that will keep the start of every read chunk and an array for the relative size.
