We need to update gnuhealth-control so the getlang command will be able to download / install the desired language directly from Weblate instead of Pootle.

Please don't test this in production!!
Please note that it will download the current strings from weblate server, that is not the same as those in our current pootle server. It will have less strings in most cases.
