This is a subtask of task #15128 where it is required to do SIP <--> TPV conversions. Currently, the TPV coefficients are translated to forward SIP and the work is almost done. What remains now is to do conversions to reverse coefficients. |

Now, features are implemented to do the tpv->sip translation for forward coefficients. They are pushed here. The final results in the headers of the python implementation(using sip_tpv module in astropy which is done here) and the test GnuAstro library are shown below:
