Two minor notes:

  • The text of COPYING differs from the latest FSF's version by a few characters, I recommend fetching the canonical file from https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.txt;
  • The license notices of files like images should be in the same directory with files in question, and they should be as unambiguous as possible (e.g. what is a miniature, and does it share the copyright status of the original image, and where does that image originate from, why is it public domain?)

Description:

Vgrid is a virtual grid program for radiology that enhances the contrast of radiographs by means of the algorithm 'Adaptive Windowing'.
