One useful measure for the morphology of an object is the area that contains half of the total flux over a label. For example we can use the square root of this area as an approximation of its effective radius. So it would be useful to have such a column.

This task has been implemented in Commit 3c3dc91428.
In short the new '--areahalfsum' option will measure this area and add the corresponding column to the output catalog of MakeCatalog.
